Suitable for cooking and concentrating products under vacuum to make jam, ketchup, tomato puree etc. The vessel is interconnected with condenser, suitable vacuum pump/motor. A geared motor ensures slow speed scraping inside the vessel while cooking. Vacuum Cooking is done at 55 oC temperature which preserves the natural color, aroma and taste of the product.
